April 6, 2020
Clark-Pleasant Community School Corporation continues to place student and staff safety as a top priority. With the Governor’s decision to close schools for the remainder of the year, school will be in session using Connected Learning through May 15, 2020.
For students in grades Kindergarten-Fourth Grade, Clark Elementary teachers will post instructional videos via Classroom Dojo or Remind. They will communicate with parents via phone, DOJO or Remind, and/or e-mail regarding which pages are assigned during which days and weeks. Please keep in mind that this “packet” of grade level work is not to be completed in one event. We will be holding Connected Learning every Tuesday-Friday through May 15.
Keep these packets, and wait for further directions regarding verification of completion.
For students in Fifth Grade, teachers will be communicating and posting instructional videos for students via Dojo or Remind and Google Classroom to assign work and communicate instruction. Teachers will continue to provide daily assignments through Google Classrooms for their students to complete. Lessons will be shared every Tuesday-Friday through May 15th. If you need technology assistance, please call 317-535-3446.
Please email or use a Dojo or Remind to message your child’s teacher with any questions or needed guidance. Staff email addresses can be found on the district website: cpcsc.k12.in.us Visit the Clark page and you can find staff emails under Resources, Staff.
You may verify your student's "attendance" by making sure to view DOJO or Remind posts and show at least weekly communication with your child's teacher.
Thank you for all of your help and understanding throughout this unique situation! Our teachers and staff are here to continue supporting your child and your family as we work together to finish up the 2019-2020 school year!
