Kindergarten Registration

April 14-15, 2021

Clark-Pleasant Community Schools will be holding registration for children enrolling in kindergarten for the 2021-22 school year. Children must turn 5 years old by August 1, 2021 to be eligible to enroll. To continue to meet local health department guidelines, this year’s registration will be by appointment only (link below). Families should sign up for a time below at the school their child will attend. In an effort to maintain safety protocols and social distancing ONLY the child and one parent/guardian will be permitted in the building during your appointment time. If you are not sure which school you should attend, please use the link below to search for your assigned school.

REMINDER: CPCSC will be opening a sixth elementary school this fall, Worthsville Elementary; therefore, some students will be assigned to the new school. Current CPCSC families received a letter early in February to indicate which elementary their child(ren) will attend starting with the 2021-22 school year.

● Please complete the online registration process through the Clark-Pleasant Website

• Registration Link: (www.cpcsc.k12.in.us/registration-info--4) - please note the different process for families who already have student(s) enrolled versus families who will be enrolling their first child.
• You can choose to upload a birth certificate and immunization records during the registration process

● Schedule your appointment time at the elementary your child will attend - see links below

DURING your appointment:

● Parents will need to turn in a birth certificate, updated immunization records, and proof of residency (utility bill) if you did not upload them during the online registration process.

● Students will complete a kindergarten readiness assessment with a CPCSC staff member.
