Media Requests

All media wishing to contact Clark-Pleasant Community Schools regarding any type of request are asked to first contact our Communications Coordinator, Rick Hightower, by calling 317-535-7579 ext. 3120 or via email: rhightower@cpcsc.k12.in.us.

Public Records Requests

Media or individuals wanting access to public records or other public information from Clark-Pleasant Community Schools must do so in writing, specifically stating the desired records. We at Clark-Pleasant follow the provisions of Indiana's Access to Public Records Act.  Email all requests to Karen Robertson, Policy & Legal Coordinator.
 
Indiana Code § 5-14-3-1 states “...it is the public policy of the state that all persons are entitled to full and complete information regarding the affairs of government and the official acts of those who represent them as public officials and employees. Providing persons with the information is an essential function of a representative government and an integral part of the routine duties of public officials and employees, whose duty it is to provide the information."

Community Flyers

Flyers that promote an educational experience for students or parents, a healthy use of leisure time, a special enrichment activity, and/or community event are permitted to be sent out via school newsletters and social media. All flyers must be formatted as a PDF and must be approved by the Superintendent.  Email your flyer to Cassie Dodd at cdodd@cpcsc.k12.in.us for consideration.
