Operations & Facilities

Our Director of Operations oversees the day-to-day activities within operations & facilities. Mr. Sam Arnes, our Director, develops an effective and cohesive Operations Management Team and provides leadership in alignment with the District Strategic Plan and Board goals.

The following departments/programs are a part of that team:

  • Transportation Department

  • Food Service Department

  • Custodial & Maintenance Department

  • CP Police Department

  • Corporation Safety Plan

  • District Emergency Preparedness Plan

  • Hazardouse Material Compliance.

This team assures that the Clark-Pleasant buildings and grounds are clean, safe and secure and our students are fed nutritional meals.

Mr. Arnes also oversees the facility use and rental plan for the District and develops and implements the capital projects and building improvement plans for the District.
