Mr. Kent Beeson currently serves as the Secretary of the Clark-Pleasant Community School Corporation School Board and holds one of the Clark Township seats. Mr. Beeson is a graduate of Whiteland HIgh School and local business owner. Mr. Beeson and his wife, Leslie, own Beeson Mechanical and have three children attending the Clark-Pleasant schools.
Mr. Beeson believes the greatest assets of our school corporation are our students and staff. This seems like an obvious answer, but without either, there would be no corporation. Teachers, administrators, bus drivers, cafeteria staff, janitorial staff, coaches, assistants, and all other staff go into their careers to see the progression of all students. Mr. Beeson states that he has seen more programs put in place over the years to help students. He also states he has seen a more diverse population that has allowed for programs to include all students. He is proud that CPCSC tends to set our own standards, not always following in others footsteps. He believes it is important to lead the way and that being a leader will always get us farther, allowing us to succeed for many years to come.
