All funds raised will go toward purchasing incentives for Warrior Way, our PBIS program that rewards students for positive behavior.
It’s a close race, so if you have any spare change at home, please consider sending it in with your student tomorrow. The grade level that collects the most money will win extra recess and popsicles.
1st Grade is in the lead right now with $156.31
Thank you for supporting our students and Warrior Way!

Easter Eggstravaganza March 28

Student Council is excited to announce "The Great Coin Challenge" taking place March 9–13!

If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Cooper via ParentSquare.

Online ONLY ordering, open until Friday March 6.

Our elementary Warriors are celebrating literacy in BIG and creative ways!
At Whiteland Elementary School, students enjoyed special guest readers — including Dr. Tim Edsell, Superintendent, who dressed up as the Man in the Yellow Hat from Curious George! 💛
He was joined by Dr. Cassandra Shipp, Assistant Superintendent, and Jenny Zahm, Communications Coordinator — all taking time to read and connect with students.
Meanwhile, at Ray Crowe Elementary School, literacy has turned into a tournament! 🏀📖 Students are participating in a March Madness-style Book Bracket Challenge, where guest readers share competing stories and students vote to advance their favorites — all leading to a champion book! 👑
From costumed characters to competitive book brackets, our schools are showing that reading is powerful, joyful, and worth celebrating.
Keep turning those pages, Warriors! 💙🧡

🏀📚 Clark-Pleasant Class is Dancing into the Elite Eight! 📚🏀
March Madness isn’t just happening on the court, it’s happening in our classrooms too!
Mrs. Debbie Campbell’s 3rd grade class at Ray Crowe Elementary is officially headed to the Elite Eight in the Indiana K-12 March Madness Bracket Challenge! This statewide competition, hosted by Indiana Sports Corp in partnership with the NCAA, invites teachers to bring the excitement of basketball into learning, and our students are all in.
Mrs. Campbell signed her class up back in November, and the experience has already been a slam dunk! The students have:
📦 Received multiple boxes of prizes
📚 Each student received Scholastic books
✏️ Colored pencil kits and supply pouches
😎 Read to the Final Four pencils, erasers, sunglasses, and slap bracelets
🧠 Used the bracket to support math, prediction, and classroom engagement activities
The kids were especially excited to receive their new books this morning!
Now the pressure is on they only have one more school to beat to make the Final Four! If they advance, the class could even earn a FREE field trip!
We love seeing our teachers find creative ways to connect learning with real-world excitement, and what better way in Indiana than basketball season?
Let’s cheer on our Ray Crowe students as they continue their tournament run!
👏 Good luck, Warriors! We’re rooting for you!

It’s been one of those weeks — full of snow days, two-hour delays, and a whole lot of flexibility. As we head into Friday, January 30, Clark-Pleasant Schools will once again operate on a 2-Hour Delay.
Thank you to our families for your patience, our students for rolling with the changes, and our incredible staff for adapting day after day to keep learning moving forward. A special shout-out to our maintenance, grounds, transportation, and custodial teams who’ve been working around the clock to keep our buildings, parking lots, and buses safe in tough winter conditions.
Here’s to a smooth, safe end to the week — and maybe a little less snow in the forecast ahead. Stay warm and have a great Friday, Warrior family!

After several days of snow and synchronous e-learning, we are looking forward to welcoming students back tomorrow with a modified schedule.
Temperatures are expected to remain cold tomorrow morning. If possible, please help students dress in layers or wear weather-appropriate clothing to stay comfortable while traveling to school and during arrival. As always, our schools will continue to support students as needed to ensure everyone is safe and cared for.
We truly appreciate your patience, flexibility, and partnership over the past several days.
If there are any additional changes, families will be notified via ParentSquare, and updates will also be shared on our social media platforms and with local news outlets.
Additional details will be shared by individual schools or teachers as needed. We look forward to seeing our students tomorrow.

Due to updated weather reports and new information received in the last hour, Clark-Pleasant Community Schools will now be CLOSED tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Instead, we will move to a synchronous (LIVE) e-learning day for all students.
Teachers will share specific expectations, schedules, and login information directly with students and families.
Thank you for your flexibility and understanding as we continue to make decisions with the safety of our students and staff as our top priority.
Stay safe and warm

Updated: We will now be CLOSED with a SYNCHRONOUS (LIVE) E-Learning Day Tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28th
2-Hour Delay with NO EARLY RELEASE – Wednesday, January 28, 2026
Due to cold temperatures and inclement weather, Clark-Pleasant Community Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28, 2026. There will be NO early release.
More detailed information will be shared by your individual teacher or school as needed. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding as we prioritize the safety of our students and staff.

Clark-Pleasant Community Schools – E-Learning Day
Tuesday, January 27, 2026
Due to inclement weather, all Clark-Pleasant school buildings will be CLOSED tomorrow, Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
However, students WILL participate in a SYNCHRONOUS (LIVE) e-Learning Day.
🔹 What this means for families:
Students do NOT report to school buildings
Students WILL log in from home to attend live online classes with their teachers
The State of Indiana allows schools to use three asynchronous e-learning days, where students complete work independently. Those days have already been used. As a result, we are now operating under Synchronous (Live) e-Learning, which requires students to log in and participate in real-time instruction.
Each school will be sending families specific schedule and login information so students know when and where to join their live sessions.
Thank you for your flexibility and partnership as we keep students learning while keeping everyone safe.

Online ONLY ordering, open until Friday March 6.
There will NOT be any extras available to purchase after this date.
