Clark-Pleasant Community Schools celebrated a historic moment on Friday, September 5th as the district officially named its football stadium Bailey & Wood Stadium.
The dedication was about more than a new name on a sign—it was a celebration of partnership, community, and Warrior pride in Whiteland.
Mike Wood, a proud Whiteland Community High School graduate, successful business owner, and parent of CPCSC students, was honored for his decision to invest in the place where his story began. School officials expressed their deep gratitude for his ongoing commitment to students, families, and the community.
Adding to the excitement, former NFL players Jeff Saturday and Ken Dilger joined the ceremony to show their support for the announcement. Their presence helped mark the occasion as one to remember.
District leaders shared their appreciation for Bailey & Wood’s sponsorship and belief in the mission of Clark-Pleasant Community Schools. They emphasized that the partnership would help provide more opportunities for students, athletes, and the community as a whole.
With pride and gratitude, Bailey & Wood Stadium was officially unveiled—a place where memories will be made, traditions will grow, and the Warrior spirit will shine for years to come.
