The Clark-Pleasant Early Learning Center is excited to welcome our newest Preschool and Pre-K learners for the 2026–2027 school year!

🗓 Registration Appointments:
• Tuesday, February 4 | 4:00–6:00 PM
• Thursday, February 6 | During the school day

📌 Appointments must be scheduled in advance by scanning the QR code on the registration flyer or by clicking the link here: https://www.cpcsc.k12.in.us/page/2026-2027-preschool-registration

During your appointment, families will complete registration, submit required documents, and pay the $175 registration fee. Please be sure to bring all necessary paperwork to help your appointment go smoothly.

Hands down, the cutest play we’ve seen in a long time!

On Thursday, December 18, Amber Buller’s preschoolers took the stage for their Gingerbread Kids play—and absolutely stole the show.

These little performers had their lines memorized, wore adorable costumes (many they helped create themselves!), and used the sweetest props to bring the story to life. Even better, their families filled the room, cheering them on and celebrating every moment.

What a special reminder of the magic that happens in our classrooms every day—where creativity, confidence, and joy shine bright. Bravo to our Gingerbread Kids and a huge thank-you to Ms. Buller for creating such a memorable experience!

Clark-Pleasant Community Schools will be CLOSED today, Friday, December 12th, due to inclement weather. Today will be a SYNCHRONOUS (LIVE) eLearning Day

As a reminder, the State of Indiana only allows schools to use three asynchronous e-learning days in which students log-in on their own and complete work without access to a teacher. We have utilized those days and now switch to "Synchronous (live) Learning". This means that your child will need to log-in to join the live sessions during the day. Information will be sent out by each school with more information about schedules and times.

UPDATE: Due to inclement weather and poor road conditions, Clark-Pleasant Community Schools will be CLOSED today, Tuesday, December 2nd. CPCSC will have an asynchronous learning day, which means classes will not be live. Teachers will provide learning activities and assignments for students to complete on their own schedule. 🎓✨ The Clark-Pleasant Early Learning Center proudly celebrated Pre-K Graduation on Wednesday, May 28 and Thursday, May 29! Each classroom hosted its own heartwarming ceremony, welcoming families to join in the celebration. Students were recognized with certificates and keepsakes—many of which they proudly created themselves. From shared storytime and sing-alongs to sweet treats and big smiles, each celebration was as unique and joyful as the students themselves. Every graduate had their moment to shine as their name was called to receive their diploma. It was a wonderful way to mark this milestone—and the pride on the faces of students and families said it all. 🎉 Congratulations to our Pre-K graduates! The future is bright! 🌟

March 9-15, 2025, is Severe Weather Preparedness Week in Indiana. Every Hoosier business, school and family should participate in the statewide tornado drill each year. The drill allows you to practice where to go, what to do and what to take so you are prepared in the event of a real tornado warning On Tuesday, March, 11, 2025, around 10:15 am, The National Weather Service will issue a tornado warning alert through most notifications systems, including the Statewide Emergency Alert System!

Tuesday, our full-day pre-k students voted! They used the GCES voting stations, were presented with a choice, and then submitted their vote. Fruit Snacks won the CPELC election; as expected, there were some tender feelings after however an I voted sticker seemed to help.
