BIG NEWS FROM WCHS!
Seven outstanding Whiteland Community High School students were surprised at school on Thursday with exciting news — they have officially been selected for the 2026-2027 Leadership Johnson County Youth Leadership Academy!

⭐ Joseph White
These students were chosen to join a select group of student leaders from across Johnson County for this incredible five-month leadership experience focused on developing future community leaders.
Through the program, students will:
💡 Build leadership and project management skills
🤝 Network with community leaders and peers from across the county
🏛️ Learn more about local government and Johnson County history
🎯 Complete a community service project
🎓 Earn 1 college credit through Franklin College
We are incredibly proud of these Warriors for stepping forward as leaders and representatives of WCHS and our community!
A special thank you to the Clark-Pleasant Education Foundation for providing partial scholarships to all selected Whiteland Community High School students participating in the program.
