1. All school faculty/staff receive 10% OFF their mattress set! (see coupon attached)
2. There will be over 20 NEW, name-brand, high quality mattresses on display. They'll have all sizes and price ranges and each mattress comes with a full factory warranty. They carry the same brands as a retail store but for less money! This is EXACTLY like shopping at a retail store, AND you get to help our program!
3. They also sell adjustable beds, premium pillows, sheets, frames, and mattress protectors—no need to shop anywhere else!
4. The fundraiser will be at the Whiteland HS Band Room on Sat, Nov. 16th from 10-5. Please come check it out.
5. The new beds can be delivered to your house and set up, or you’ll have the option to pick them up here at the school. Your products will be available less than 2 weeks after the sale.
6. You can pay with a check, cash, or a credit card. Financing is also available!!
7. If you’re not in the market for a new bed but you want to help us, please tell your family and friends.
ALSO....THAT SAME WEEKEND in the Auxiliary Gym at WCHS is the Band Booster Craft Fair. We will have over 40 local vendors there with some amazing items that would be perfect for holiday shopping. We hope that you will swing by both events here in 2 weeks on Saturday, November 16th!!

National FFA News!

Big Fall Break for the Marching Warriors.
On Oct 5th we hosted the ISSMA Scholastic Prelims/Open Invitational here at WCHS and hosted over 2500 student musicians and thousands of their supporters in the stands. The Marching Warriors competed in this contest and received a GOLD rating and special "With Distinction" awards in both Music and Visual.
On Oct 12th we competed in the ISSMA Regional competition at Center Grove. The band performed their best show of the year and in result was named an ISSMA Semi-State Finalist for the 9th year in a row!
Saturday, back at WCHS, where we hosted groups again for the Whiteland Marching Band Invitational. The band performed in exhibition at the end of the night, but again stepped up their performance to receive their highest score of the season!
I can not express how thankful we are for our students...but to host these VERY large events takes an amazing amount of dedicated and AMAZING parents. We absolutely could not do this without them and the countless hours of preparation and work it takes to make contests successful opportunities for not only our students to perform, but the thousands of other students from schools across the state to have a quality educational experience on our campus.
I also would like to thank our administration at both the corporation and building level as well as our Athletic Department, Transportation Department, and custodial staff for all of their work as well. Continuing to hold these events in the construction chaos that is our campus was a challenge. It most definitely took a village.

Director of Bands
